The project was implemented in one of the most beautiful regions of Florianópolis, near the Hercílio Luz Bridge, built in 1926. With access made possible by two streets that link the project to the tree-lined Parque da Luz, namely Rua Assis Chateaubriand and Rua Almirante Lamego, already at the level of Beira Mar Norte.
Rua Assis Chateaubriand, which gives its name to the enterprise, emphasizes the implantation in front of Parque da Luz, with the project being inserted in a harmonious and careful way, along with the landscaping that, when designing the front walk, expands the integration with the city and nature. .
A work that allows you to live in suspended residences, with generous balconies and private pools, contemplating the sunset of the Beira Mar Norte and views of the Bridge, symbol of the city.
In this sense, the architecture conceived with modern lines, and the predominant materiality of exposed concrete, print a discreet horizontality with an elegant presence in the urban scenario.
