Meridiem was designed in a special location in the Saco dos Limões neighborhood, with beautiful views of the South Bay and the characteristic green areas of the region's beautiful hillsides.
The architecture of modern lines emphasizes the horizontal framing the views of the sea and landscape to the south. The materials and details used create an elegant image with subtle details that organize the visual construction of the entire building.
The name chosen for the residential, links its implantation to a region of great natural beauties of our island: the South sector that in Latin is Meridiem honoring the origins of our language.
In this sense, Meridiem reinforces its geographical position with beautiful views of the sea, in addition to rescuing the lemon trees that gave the neighborhood its name in the landscaping.
On the access level, a large front welcomes you with benches, trees and a generous seating area adjacent to the entrance hall. On the leisure penthouse, we created a place to feel in the garden of the house, with an outdoor fireplace, a swimming pool with views of the entire landscape and an organic vegetable garden next to a pizza oven, with an outdoor bench. Complementing the coverage program, a pet space, gamer room and gourmet area create the perfect set to enjoy free time.
