Description:
This project proposes a new form of spatial organization for Tecnopark City Pedra Branca based on zoning studies, urban sustainability and mobility.
The proposal estimates the maximum number of floors - 4 and 2 - in accordance with the location area. It also provides a unique area with mixed-use up to 12 floors, which would be located the Tower Pedra Branca, highlighting the proposed new access.
Encompassing sustainable strategies are proposed two parks in addition to the Sustainable Pockets. The south park stands out with the proposal of nature trails and the North Park with the maintenance of existing vegetation. In the North one will be planting some native species, and designed contemplation spaces for the forest and the Imaruí river's edge, enabling a better preservation of this area. Still in the North park will be created a new access road, forming a division of land and allowing greater interaction with the green area, and also walkways for pedestrians and cyclists as a connecting axis of the river edges.
Within the urban project, is proposal, near the south park, the location of the Innovation Institute in Laser - SENAI, and the project of linearly arranged hangars to the Aero Club track, allowing qualify and motion this area.
Urban mobility with the use of bicycles was encouraged through the implementation of bicycle paths, lanes and installing bike racks. The characterization of conviviality and trade areas, are other elements that integrate, characterize and qualify the proposed spaces.
